Cancellation policy:
cancellation within 90 days before set up start, 50% payment.
cancellation within 60 days before set up start, 75% payment.
cancellation 30 days before set up, 100% payment.
Projects:
The sketchy and executive projects provided to customers remain the exclusive property of 3adesign.eu srl, the only company authorized to realize or modify them.
The executive projects and any realizations of graphics and artwork are provided only after the signature of the estimate and the payment of a percentage established in agreement with the customer.
Fixing Materials Prohibition
For all shell scheme panels and custom‑built stand panels supplied by 3adesign.eu SRL, it is strictly forbidden to drill, screw, nail, or mechanically fix any object to the panels. It is likewise prohibited to apply adhesives, glues, double‑sided tapes, bi‑adhesive materials, or any other bonding products that may damage, mark, or leave residue on the panel surfaces.
Any violation of this rule resulting in damage or deterioration of the panels will incur repair or replacement charges
Competent legal court:
For any legal dispute the competent court is that of Rome, Italy.
